The location was favourable, not very far from snorkeling. The breakfast was satisfactory and wonderful, with a wide array of meals.

Overall SUCH GREAT stay for snacks in my snack bar in my room. Very good staff and location, I liked it.

This hotel was fine base for exploring Isla Mujeres, liked it and venue' s professional stuff at reception desk. In a central location with restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel.

Both my children and I loved being there. The rooms with a kitchen and a Jacuzzi and a balcony. Location: the hotel was just off the most beautiful beaches as well as Playa Norte.

Handy base for a 4-night stay. We got a room with a tub.

Liked our stay at this relaxing hotel, it was decent. Always fairly clean place with absolutely amazing staff and top location. The property was near the amazing beach. Our room was well-kept and bathroom was large. Variety of food, which was delicious to satisfy everyone The pool area was good too.

Facilities were super, however Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Impressive hotel, warm staff, fresh food. Well-kept updated room. Had complementary drinks in the main bar in the evening. Great restaurant onsite and excellent views.

I loved the public beach and the very, very nice staff. The hotel itself was in a wonderful area. Lots of supplies in the room : satellite TV, climate control and a private safe. Exceptionally comfortable venue, had a really fantastic service. Not to mention good wifi!

We had 2 nights in Isla Mujeres, spending our time here really good. Staff were ready to help with things we needed.

The check-in was efficient, the room was immaculate, the breakfast was savoury. Stores and commercial centers were right next door.

Tidy, traditional hotel, absolutely perfect rooms and amazingly kind staff.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was tremendous. Rooms were super and super, that's all we needed. The hotel was just off the beach area and the center thanks to its DECENT location.

Have stayed here before now and I would definitely return here. The breakfast in the bar is good enough. All in all it's clean enough place, they have extra comfy beds.

The food and location were perfect for us. Being adjacent to the good beach. There was a cocktail bar. It offers reasonable prices...

we had a queen room with satellite tv, a safe and a work desk. it is within walking distance of the beach.

Our experience was great. Ideal place for city trip in Isla Mujeres. Yuri Taqueria was 5 mins walk away

The hotel was in an Amazing location, the staff was incredibly friendly. Venue was placed in front of such tourist sites as playa norte. Lovely breakfast, no reason to complain.
